## 🔧 Technical Implementation Details

### Multi-Tenant Architecture
- **Tenant isolation**: Schema-level separation in PostgreSQL
- **Instance management**: Each user gets isolated voice AI instances
- **Data separation**: User-specific conversations, usage records, configurations

### Authentication Flow
1. User clicks "Login with Google"
2. Redirect to Google OAuth
3. Callback processes user info
4. User created/fetched in database
5. Session established
6. Redirect to dashboard

### Instance Lifecycle
1. User creates instance → `InstanceManager.create_instance()`
2. Database record created with unique ID/subdomain
3. Docker container provisioned (or npm start for dev)
4. Instance marked as 'running'
5. User can launch instance at `subdomain.wakelai.com`

### Voice Processing Pipeline
1. User speaks → Web Speech API transcribes
2. Transcript sent to `/api/voice/process`
3. Intent determined (calendar, email, general)
4. Appropriate service called
5. Response generated
6. TTS plays response (if enabled)
7. Canvas rendered (if applicable)

## 🚀 Deployment Options

### Development (Local)
```bash
bash scripts/setup.sh
python run.py
```

### Production (Docker)
```bash
sudo bash scripts/production_deploy.sh
```

### Manual Deployment
```bash
# Install dependencies
pip install -r requirements.txt
# Initialize database
sudo -u postgres psql -c "CREATE DATABASE wakelai;"
psql -U postgres -d wakelai -f migrations/001_init.sql
# Create admin
python run.py create-admin
# Run with gunicorn
gunicorn --workers 4 --bind 0.0.0.0:4000 run:app
```

## 🔐 Security Features

- Multi-tenant data isolation
- Google OAuth 2.0 authentication
- CSRF protection on forms
- Rate limiting on API endpoints
- Secure session cookies
- SQL injection prevention (SQLAlchemy ORM)
- XSS protection (Jinja2 auto-escaping)
- Security headers (HSTS, X-Frame-Options, etc.)

---

## 📊 Scalability (100 Users)

The platform is designed to support 100 concurrent users:

- **Database**: PostgreSQL 13 handles 100+ connections
- **Caching**: Redis for session management and rate limiting
- **Application**: Gunicorn with 4 workers (16 threads total)
- **Instances**: Each runs in isolated Docker container
- **Load balancing**: Can add more Gunicorn workers or use multiple servers

---

## 🎨 UI Design (JARVIS-Inspired)

The interface features:
- **Arc reactor**: Animated ring in center (click to speak)
- **Holographic panels**: 3D rendered content panels
- **Particle effects**: Floating particles in background
- **Glass-morphism**: Translucent UI elements
- **Neon glow**: Cyan/blue color scheme
- **Real-time visualization**: Live feedback during voice interaction

---

## 📝 Next Steps for User

1. **Configure Environment**: Edit `.env` with API keys
2. **Create Database**: Run database initialization
3. **Install OpenVoiceUI**: Run `bash scripts/install_openvoiceui.sh`
4. **Create Admin User**: Run `python run.py create-admin`
5. **Start Server**: Run `python run.py` or use Docker
6. **Test Integration**: Verify Google OAuth, voice processing
7. **Deploy**: Use production deployment script
